"We stayed five nights at Waters edge retreat with our daughter and her husband and their two children ages six and two. The accommodations were perfect! The cottage was recently updated and spotless! It had ample room for our group, including laundry. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, spices, extra paper, towel, etc. Dishes and pots and pans were all in beautiful condition! There is no zero entry into the lake, but it is very shallow near shore and we had no problem swimming there...

"Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful lake cabin. The fishing off the dock was absolutely fantastic—we caught countless sunfish along with several impressive bass, catfish, and perch. The cabin itself was charming and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed (and more).The only minor issue we encountered was the shower, which was a bit too small to use comfortably—though we made it work by using the handheld sprayer. That said, it didn’t take away from our overall...

"My family of four (two boys 9 and 7) spent Monday-Friday and had a great time. The home is bigger than the photos make it seem - the bedrooms are large and the living space is plenty for 4-6 people. The home was very clean, the hosts were extremely responsive, and they have every water toy you could possibly imagine. Highly recommended the farmers market on Wednesdays as well as the ice cream shop (The Frozen Spoon). We would definitely stay again! "

"Relaxing, quiet week. Renting the pontoon was the best decision we made. When you rent a VRBO you never know what you will run into. Below is information that I would have found helpful to know. The front of the house is a 4 season porch. It isn't very deep so it wasn't somewhere to hang out but it was great to use for our extra stuff and for coming and going! "Just as listed with a ton of extras. Jill and Jim were excellent hosts answering all our questions and responsive to our needs. Both boats were great, the house was clean and comfortable, and lots of room to spread out and relax. We took one day to hit the Mall of America 1 1/2 hour drive each way, but other than that, spent the rest of the week at the house and boating. Caught a handful of bass but nothing crazy.
