"Not a private stay - the basement had two entrances, one from the driveway as described and another one not pictured that leads into their house with no lock on the guests’ side. You can hear people’s conversations very easily. Host wanted to know specifically when I’d be arriving after I told them it was a late flight, and sent me a good morning message at 5:30am after I got in only a few hours earlier. Someone was watching from the window as we left as well. Felt very watched the whole time....

"We loved our stay in Halifax. The place was clean and perfectly equipped. The location had multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again. Host also accommodated us adding a day and helped move our bags to new apartment so we could go out and site see while room was being cleaned! They went above and beyond to accommodate."
