"Where do I even start? This house is exactly as described, and we have rarely been so pleasantly surprised at such a peaceful and scenic the view from a lakeside location. A hidden gem. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is super functional, and the kayaks are a nice bonus. Coffee on the dock at 8am is just perfection. Patricia was super easy to reach. Would stay here again, without a doubt."

It’s just a short drive to Sandbanks Beach and minutes from the charming shops, cafes, and restaurants of downtown Picton. "Wonderful property for a family gathering. We made full use of the pool, play area and outdoor pizza oven. Inside we enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and all the eating areas. Lots of sleeping space for our family of 10. Great location, short drive to Sandbanks beaches, shopping and restaurants. Monica was an excellent host, quick to respond to our questions. "

"We celebrated a bachelorette and it was absolutely amazing. The wine is also delicious. We took the meditarrean supper and charcuterie board with our stay, which was the best! This place is a hidden gen. Would definately recommend."

"Belle grande et vieille maison bien rénovée. Loge très bien 8 personnes (2 familles). Les lits sont confortables. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Beau grand espace extérieur pour manger, faire du BBQ et pour jouer avec les enfants et 2 grands stationnement . Hôte très sympathique et disponible. Le seul petit bémol est la rue passante devant la maison qui est bruyante. La ville de Picton est très charmante et les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds de la maison. "Property is really close to the pavilion and pool as well as park. It’s a nice layout and private as it in the last cottage and to the left is a grassy area. This was our second time staying here and it was very nice. "

"Nobody wanted to leave. This is our second time staying at East Lake Shores and we think it’s perfect."

"We had a great weekend, the location is in a really good place. The house is like on the pictures so it is really nice place.The parking for the car is not close from the house. There is no air conditioning and can get pretty hot. There is no curtains in the window of the principal bedroom wich offers a nice view but it is not so nice when the sun is rising in the morning.There is no no extra sheets, pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. Also not many towels."

"Three couples from across southern Ontario wanted to stay somewhere clean and modern. The house was incredible! Has everything we needed, was close to all amenities and the messaging with the owner was very timely. Highly recommend. "

"Spacious but cozy cottage in a peaceful and secluded spot. Everything was nicely maintained, and basic amenities were provided. There's even a swing and side set in the front yard but it needs a good hose down. We also really enjoyed the solarium. Hosts were highly responsive and helpful. Only 12 minute drive to the beach, which was great! "

"We loved staying at Dawn & Ron’s place! Great location, a short drive to Picton, beaches, parks, and views. The unit was clean, well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable! Highly recommend. :) We’ll be back for sure!"

"Amazing place with wild rabbits and chipmunks running about. It is close to sandbanks beach and with a great view out the back over the fields with the sunset. The kitchen was stocked full of everything you could need and with sharp knives."
