"Home suited our needs perfectly. Only suggestion would be to have some basic toiletries in the bathrooms, such as shampoo or bars of soap. The bedroom with the bunkbeds needs one or two small nightstands, so you can put a phone or bottle of water near the bed instead of on the floor. Ended up using a cardboard box as my table. But would definitely come back."

"This home is as comfortable and well equipped as described, with a very "homey" feel that is easy to settle into. Given its location, and the surrounding area, you may be deceived to think that its in more of a neighborhood or busy more urban location. It's quite the contrary. Once you've entered the home, and are out on the beautiful property, you are in your own private oasis that could be located in any North woods location. "This place is extremely impressive and was clearly made for parties. We stayed 4 nights for a 50th birthday with a mix of 12-14 friends, relatives and kids. The main house is very nice, clean, and air conditioned, and was perfect to allow kids and people wanting to go to bed earlier to get a great nights sleep and be happy. "I felt very comfortable in this Cottage. Just about everything you need is provided. She’s very thoughtful to leave baskets so in case you forgot something there’s always something there like personal items, to use. Would definitely stay at this place again. The backyard was set up with a nice seating arrangement and a fire pit and grilling was there if you wish to do it. The nighttime lighting was very nice with solar lights."

"Hosts went above and beyond to accommodate my senior mother with a private bed on main level. They were also accommodating on other requests that I had. It was such a fun, nostalgic place. It was all exactly how I remembered the Old Mill to be and the private beach made for some additional family time. I see a wonderful future for this getaway place!! "
