Lakeview Oasis - Hunting/Fishing Cabin in Waubay SD

Lakeview Oasis Cabin is located in Northeast South Dakota on beautiful Waubay Lake, in the heart of northeastern South Dakota’s Glacial lakes.  This truly is the beauty and the beast of all properties. The beautiful 1500 square foot house is encapsulated in a knotty pine interior, a master suite, 60” TV, and beautiful view of the lake.  The 4 stall garage is a true beast and the ultimate man cave.  It is 30’ x 47’ and contains in floor heat and is capable of hosting large groups or your Ranger, Lund, or other fishing boat.  It houses a bunkhouse with 5 twin beds, a 60” Satellite TV with Sports Package, Grill, wi-fi, and several additional amenities.

Entire house including bunkroom has 3 queen beds and 7 twins to sleep up to 13 guests - 10 beds total. 

For large groups needing 2 cabins, there is another cabin next door to sleep 10 additional guests!

Other great fishing lakes nearby include: Pickerel – 5 miles, Enemy Swim – 6 miles, Lynn Lake – 12 miles.

*No Pets allowed inside the home. Dogs are allowed in the man cave area only. 
*No smoking/vaping inside the home. Garage included.  
*Renters must be 25 or older or accompanied by a parent/guardian. 

Important NOTE:  Entry info will be emailed directly to guests 7 days prior to arrival assuming the rental agreement has been completed.  If it hasn't been completed 7 days prior to arrival, entry info will be emailed as soon as it's submitted.

Great location near Waubay Lake

Great location by Waubay Lake. May need new beds but it did it’s job. The 4th and 5th bedrooms in the garage was not quite bedrooms. They are actually one room with a bunch of twin and bunk beds in them. We were expecting them to be two separate rooms but maybe I didn’t read the full listing correctly. We did like that it was attached to the bathroom. For the most part, the home was great. There were tons of games for us to play and we can’t complain how close we were to the lake. We loved the 4 car garage. It gave us plenty of room to store our ice fishing gear when we were not on the lake.

Great Spot - Outdoors paradise

This cabin is the perfect spot for anglers, hunters, or families looking for a fun spot to stay. The cabin is clean, great layout and plenty of beds. The garage is the perfect spot to hang out after a long day of hunting and or fishing. Great location for Northeast South Dakota lakes.

Friends Trip

House was very nice, plenty of room. Kitchen fully stocked. Garage space was awesome for hanging out visiting and playing cards etc. Caught some nice fish at nearby lake.

An okay place

House is spacious, has a great view. A few things that could use attention: kitchen cupboards could use a good cleaning and organizing.; TV in living room did not have correct hookups. Ended up using box and cable from another TV. Quite frustrating! Mattresses are soft, not the most comfortable. In spite of these things, our overall stay was enjoyable.

Top Notch Stay for outdoor lovers

Rented the house to use as a lodge for our group of bird hunters, and couldn’t have been more pleased. We had ample space, everything available to us that we could have possibly asked for, and an incredibly clean house with a smooth check in and check out process, with great communication by the owner. Five stars all the way around, would recommend to anyone!
