"This place was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. It's the cutest tiny home with all the accommodations you can think of! The owner even left a thank you card with banana nut bread for us! There was everything you need including coffee, drinks, food, spices, etc. The porch is screened in, has lights for nighttime, and a ceiling fan. It was raining a lot the day we stayed so this was perfect for us! Also we wanted to fish and the owner let us use the boat dock, its a little hike down...

"House was great, AC was cold, and had a great time. Would def rent again. Host was very responsive and helpful. You can tell he cares for the property and not just some rental. 5 Stars!"

"I loved my stay at this property! The host replied back quickly with any questions I had. My nephew and boys loved fishing off the private dock. People in the neighborhood were nice. Everyone on their boats and ski's were waving at my boys as they passed by. The host flagged me down as I was leaving. She personally thanked me for staying there. As a black women I was more than comfortable with this stay. Beautiful, spacious cabin. P.s we had 8 people and there was still plenty of room. 5 adults...

"We reserved this Vrbo when we had to travel to Pell City for our daughters state softball tournament, which was located almost next door! When we arrived the house was very clean and the host provided us with more than we expected! Barbara was very accommodating to our crazy schedule, which we appreciated SO much! We would definitely book this place again! "

"It was such a magical get away. Loved the property, the quiet, the peace. Spent a whole day enjoying the canoe and fishing, caught some kitty cats, huge brim, large mouth striped bass, we were gentle and let them go. Enjoyed all the different platforms around the property. The tree house was magical also. And of course James was wonderful. Highly recommended. Next time i hope to enjoy the fire pit, just too hot this time. With the land so wooded didnt realize it was 90 on the water."

"The property is located right at the marina. This made it easy to pull out boat out every night and charge the batteries. The loft is not an option for older people because the stairs are too steep, but perfect for children or young adults who don’t mind crawling up the stairs. I found it kind of cozy and didn’t mind it at all. I have stayed in these tiny homes several times and have always loved it here. I hope to be coming back again soon "

"I had a 4 day conference to attend and did not want to do the hustle-bustle of a hotel room. I found this gem online and was not disappointed! It was a beautiful retreat that my husband enjoyed while I was away during the day and a place I could unwind after I completed the day. Everything was as pictured and the bed was very comfortable! There were so many unique things to look at in the cabin and peaceful grounds to walk around outside. We had a wonderful time!"

"Our company placed a family (client) here while their home was being repaired due to an insurance claim. The family was very happy with the home, it's location, and the host. Being able to stay in this home help alleviate some of the stresses they were dealing with after their was damaged. Karen was an excellent host. She communicated quickly and clearly. This made the stay even better. We highly recommend Karen as a host and her beautiful home for your next get away."

"Property was just what I needed. 1 bed 1 bath. Had boat ramp right next to building with plenty of parking area, including covered parking for boat with power to charge batteries. Went when water way drawn down and boat ramp still usable and able to get to main lake/river. "

"My old son wanted to go to the lake for his birthday so we rented this place. It was awesome. Great view. Great dock. it had plenty of room for everyone. Two staircases but had plenty of baby gates on property to keep our three year old safe. I would definitely recommend this property."

"We came from Oklahoma for a short visit to be with family from the area. We had wonderful, private accommodations. "
