"Room and public spaces were in poor condition. Everything was super dirty and showed a lot of wear. The bathtub had a large hole in it (~6"). The floors were filthy. After my son got out of the shower, his feet were super dirty from just walking around the room for a few minutes, so gross! We needed ..."

"It was clean and had was exactly links the description- only points the kitchen is very basic, not for cooking meal. We ate out mostly anyway. Great large space. Quiet neighborhood. Great base for bars, Presque Isle and baseball park."
