"Beautiful mansion and quiet area. Bedroom was spacious and glad we had our own bathroom. There was no WiFi. I had to call the Host to get arrival instructions. When we arrived the instructions were written on paper taped to the door. No problems with coming and going. Everything was good for the two days we stayed. "

"Had everything you could desire, full kitchen, hot showers and Internet. Nice tvs and the beds were comfortable too. Felt like home. Managed to see the Copper Harbor area and the Porcupine Mnts in two days from here. Would stay again!"

"The property is great, the hosts were very easy to get a hold of. They accommodate to needs very quickly, for example they fogged to help get rid of mosquitos to make sitting by the fire/lake more enjoyable. The lake water is clear & warm"

"This is a terrific property. And it’s close to a number of interesting things to go visit. But just hanging out at their lake around the fire was also wonderful."

"Beautiful area. Excellent accommodations. We caught trout!"

"We were in the area looking at properties for sale and these cabins are priced right and were exactly what we needed for our trip. Communication with the owner was top-notch. She is extremely friendly and wants you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. If our offer is accepted on one of the properties then we will be back in the area and will definitely stay at these cabins again. And next time we will use the sauna!"

"Everything was great! Very clean, plenty of amenities, cozy interior, quiet location. The only surprise was that we thought, based on photos and description, that it was a standalone place, but when we got there, there was another property right next to it. Fortunately we had very quiet neighbors! But we were hoping for a more private location."

"Wonderful, quiet, peaceful lake. Home was quite clean but does have a very musty odor if you have allergies. King bed in the basement is 2 twin beds pushed together with a mattress pad on top which was comfortable enough but the middle does tend to sink in if you roll into the middle. Was quite hot upstairs without any a/c but the basement stayed nice and cool. Overall a very nice getaway if you are looking for off the beaten bath and beautiful UP nature/scenery."
