"Breakfast supplies were not replenished after the earlier rush. At 8:00 am almost all hot food was empty. The person responsible came out an put 5 bacon back out and disappeared again. I did not see him again while I eat. Front desk was great. The property is a former Ramada Inn and needs the Holiday Inn Express updates."

"We booked this room based on reviews of an excellant full breakfast, starting early. This was the standard, boring continental breakfast and everything was very cold and inedible. We were there shortly after starting at 7:00. There is a great restaurant within walking distance that was recommended by the front desk for lunch/dinner. Dill's Deli - I can't recommend enough! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable."

"Staff was very helpful. Neighborhood was sketchy but I felt safe there and my car was right by my room. Room was nice. Bathroom shower area could use a deep cleaning. Grout was very dirty or stained. Bed has a thin metal base that makes it impossible to sit on the bed without it making a very loud noise. The people above me were very very noisy for hours. Staff should be aware of extra loud people."

The interior was freshened up, and the room seemed to have undergone a remodel, but they must have run out of money because they had removed the desk and not replaced it, and only one light over the bed was new not both. In fairness I've stay at this property many times over the last 14 years and have always been satisfied so these are more observations and not...

"Didn't need A/C in April so can't comment on that. Parking didn't feel safe as downtown area known for car break-ins...we just took everything out of car or out of sight, locked-up, parked under a light and crossed our fingers. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were like bricks...bring your own. Next to zero amenities. No lotion or any of those typical amenities left for guests to use. There are some handsoap and shampoo/cond. combos attached to the walls in the bathroom sink and...
