Arrived at the hotel after a 4 hour journey, pub was closed. Called the number, member of staff said they’d come down and let us in but then called back 2 minutes later to say no room available. Grandma's Cottage set in lovely Mid-Devon. Ideal for your year round escape.
We liked the pre visit communications with the hosts, we were even more surprised by lovely extras provided on our arrival gratefully received, and as for the cottage it is lovely, met our needs perfectly, if we could give it 11 out of 10 we would, we shall certainly be back again.
