"My husband and I and two friends from the States recently spent three wonderful nights at The Old Church on the Isle of Skye. The beautiful old church has been thoughtfully and beautifully restored and renovated into two 3 bedroom units with ample amenities. We were in the Preachers Rest and had beautiful views of the Little Minch Strait. The stunning grounds of the property were immaculate and lovingly cared for. We would recommend this property and its proprietors without hesitation and hope...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Lochbay house.Great views of the bay and ocean. Enjoyed morning coffee with the views and watching the baby sheep behind the house.Excellent communication with our host. "Wonderful setting, beautiful views. Not near grocery so come well stocked. Lovely coffee yurt a couple miles down the road. The house was as-advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only hiccup was that we never received check-in instructions or an access code despite leaving emails and a voicemail 2 days in advance…so we drove 4 hours to a locked house on a weekend. Thankfully someone picked up when we called from the house and gave us the access code. I’m sure this was not a typical...

"Incredibly serene and absolutely stunning property. seems like you are out in the middle of nowhere but quaint shops and wonderful restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. Gorgeous drive to walking trails. Hope to come back here one day. One of the best vacations of my life."

"This is the perfect cottage to explore Skye. Ideal for a family of four. We slept well, the shower is good and every thought has gone into this self catering accommodation (not one but two hairdryers, sharp kitchen knives, dishwasher tablets, treats!). We arrived with everything we needed food and drink wise (I recommend you do as well as it's a drive to the shops) but also ate locally at the inn which was fine and lively. There's an excellent playpark across the road and a pottery. "

"My husband and I stayed here for three nights. Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is really nice and quiet and the property is pristine. The views are amazing. I cooked two of our three nights. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The last night we were there it was rainy and cold. The log burner was a welcome addition. Would absolutely recommend. "
