It is in an excellent location close to shopping, dining and family activities like the waterpark and amusement park. The basement game room and hot tub were very popular with the grandchildren. "We rented this property while we attended an event in Cedar Falls. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered. It has new flooring and everything in labeled so you know exactly where everything is. There were 4 of us staying there and it is all we needed for the 3 days we were there. The linens were soft, the house was spacious enough for all of us to have our own space, there was even a multi charger in our bedroom. The only thing I could...

"Stayed here while visiting family and friendsThis property had all of our requirements. 1- large fenced in backyard 2- King size bed! 3- off street parking and extremely clean!!A lot of other things made the stay just perfect. very soft towels, keurig machine, doggie cleanup bags, gate on the deck. "Everything was great with the house 2nd time we’ve stay there! Getting the key to the house out of the lockbox was kind of a pain. Maybe a coded door would work better? Overall 5 out of 5!"

"Townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated on main floor. Listing showed master bedroom & bath on “primary floor”. All 3 bedrooms were upstairs. My husband has difficulty climbing stairs & had we known this we wouldn’t have rented. For us a big problem was no drawers to put clothes in. Had to use suitcases. Closets were big and wonderful but no shelving. Had no garage pickup for 2 weeks ( we were there 3 weeks). Owner said he would take care of but it wasn’t in a timely manner. Hopefully...

"We had the BEST time! It was so quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was great and we spent so much time enjoying the covered porch. We even saw some otters and bald eagles while sitting outside! This was a very needed weekend and I will 100% be staying again! Thank you for having us!"
