Just a 2-minute walk down the street, you'll find a peaceful canal-side spot with a bench—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or unwinding by the water. While not directly on the property, it’s a quiet space you’ll more than likely have all to yourself.

The Owl House is located on a quiet residential street that feels tucked away but is just minutes from everything. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxed—ideal for a restful stay. You’re close to the canal path for a quiet walk or a moment by the water, and just a short drive to downtown Geneva, Waterloo, local restaurants, and the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. It’s a calm and convenient base for exploring the best of the Finger Lakes.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.
