I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

"The room is horrible they didn’t fix the ceiling and full of the smell of weed and there is hole on the wall the sofa is dirty and stained . I would like to ask for the refund . "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"The staff were very professional, from start to finish it was a very classy experience. We stayed in the classic room, river view. I cant imagine the dock view would have privacy. And if we stayed again would love to splash out and stay in the Executive room. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of cold and cooked food, all of high quality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only negatives were that the TV was small, not many UK sockets in the room, and my partner felt too many large mirrors...
