"There were continental breakfast items and drinks available round the clock. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere but I would suppose that would depend on the other types of guests staying there at the same time as well. Great communication with host and very helpful. Anything that was needed ie. towels, it was delivered promptly. Overall nice stay. Definitely will stay there again. Great location. "

"Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair. "The property was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean. Decorations gave you a very comfy, welcomeing feeling. We were very impressed by by how quiet it was. No outside noises of any kind. "We got there in the middle of snowing. The house was frigid. The driveway and walk were not shoveled. It would have been hard to do that since you didn't know when we were coming, but you could have had the heat turned up. Also having directions on how to turn the heat up would have helped. "

"Loved this home for a weekend trip. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. It’s veryclose to favorite fishing spots and some of our favorite restaurants from Conneaut, OH to Erie. Close to the highway for easy access but secluded enough to feel private. Josh was a great host, very easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely come back! "
