"We loved the charm of the property, it has a lot of character and is close to the river to do sight seeing on the tour boats and express boats. The Thai breakfast at Focal local was amazing every day and the staff were super helpful and kind. Thank you so much, we loved our stay here."

"Great as always for a 2 bed suite for family of 4"

"Rundum toller Aufenthalt. Der infinity pool war einfach grandios, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück extrem lecker"

"I am not sure why but the compound was dark when I arrived at 10pm. Even the lights at the lobby were off. There seemed to be one staff on duty - a guard who also did the check in for me. I stayed in a guest house before and maybe my expectations were off. I left without staying despite having paid in full."

"The staff was very friendly and attentive, room was comfortable. They serve great food and coffee downstairs!"

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We got caught in the rain on our way out to dinner and ended up eating at the restaurant in the lobby and the food there was fantastic!"

"Beautiful property on the river with shuttle boat every hour to connect with all the sites and experiences in Bangkok and the canals and the magnificent Iconsiam Mall. Beautiful pool, grounds and restaurants. Great stay."

"View this place as a high-class hostel rather than as a "hotel" and you are unlikely to have much to complain about. This is accommodation designed to provide a place to sleep rather than a place to enjoy a stay. The double rooms are very small, not large enough to fit a double bed, hence each room is provided with a set of bunk beds. The room also contains a shower cubicle (water pressure and temperature adequate), a separate toilet, a wash-basin and a mini-refrigerator. The rooms are modern...

"Both the property itself and the service are absolutely world-class. The quality, attention to detail, facilities, and overall level of hospitality are on par with the very best five-star hotels anywhere in the world."
