"This was a very clean modern hotel. We appreciated the air conditioning in the room as well as the free coffee/tea in the room.This was one of the nicer hotels I stayed at on my trip to Germany. My only complaint is that there was a huge line to check in. Not sure why it took so long but it was the only time we experienced this on our trip. Also, this hotel is very nice but the surrounding area is not. I could see people passed out on the street from my window, people doing drugs and heard...

"Pros...Big , clean hotel with easy access for wheel chairs. Standard size rooms. 3 big elevators. Has a gym but didn't get chance to use it. Cons...Breakfast choice was poor Visited restaurant for breakfast but no real vegan options just buffet style meats , no choice for alternative milks other than soy. Basic bread and only one 2 slice toaster. Location not great. nothing nearby except a small kiosk with a few bits and an Indian restaurant and 1 petrol station. 5 min walk."

"Ein gutes, sauberes, modernes Hotel. Wir waren über Pfingsten 2026 zwei Nächte dort. Das Zimmer war schön groß, und alles war picobello sauber. Das Frühstück empfinden wir als sehr gut, sogar verschiedenste Salate und herzhafte warme Speisen waren verfügbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Ich kann über das Gebäude und das Zimmer nur Gutes sagen. Leider hat der Personal uns gesagt, dass wir extra für das Frühstück bezahlen hätten müssen, obwohl dieses bereits gebucht und bezahlt war. Ich habe nachträglich auch geschrieben und angerufen, aber keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich finde es sehr sehr schlimm, unprofessionell und unfreundlich. Auch Expedia hat nicht weiter geholfen."

"This hotel was the first and last hotel on our 2-week trip by train through Germany. We walked here from the Hbf and were very tired after a long flight from Canada and arrived in the lobby at 10AM. Our room would not be ready until 3PM. We sat in the lobby and must have looked a sorry sight.
