"Hotel muito bem localizado, porém muito rigoroso com horários de check in e check out. O quarto de bom tamanho, porém a cama muito mole e travesseiros altos e muito duros o que nos incomodou muito. Não utilizei o café da manhã e nem estacionamento para avaliar."

"Hotel was OK. Looking a bit tired in places with furniture showing wear and tear. Long queue at checkin as only one person on the desk. Cooked breakfast was lukewarm at best"

"The penthouse has much better beds than other rooms here but I still have the same complaint about the coffee. No hotel should ever serve instant coffee. Please just provide a proper nespresso or similar and proper coffee. It’s not that hard but unfortunately most hotels in the UK are like this. ..."
