" If you love lake life and quiet this is the place. This property is great for launching Kayaks and the lake is 7.5 miles long and has a marina and boat launch. The properties A.C. kept the house comfortable for sleeping. all the amenities are up to date. We enjoyed the fire pit and supplied firewood almost every night."

"Wonderful well kept home with a lovely screened in porch. Great for morning coffee and relaxing! Nice backyard with a fire pit, picnic table and games. A short walk to the water, which was awesome! The lake was clean and refreshing! We made use of the kayaks and saw many loons with their young! Definitely recommend this place! "

"The property did not indicate this was a top floor condo. I have mobility issues and this was a real problem. There were several hairs on the bed sheets. I contacted the manager and he never responded. Washed everything myself including the mattress pad which had flakey debris on it, because we couldn’t just leave and lose our . Plus all our heavy luggage was painstakingly brought upstairs at this point. After a 5 night stay we still never heard from the Manager. This is not acceptable. ...

"Had 7 couples here for a weekend! Chris and Leah go above and beyond in providing plenty of fun amenities, where we felt like we didn’t have to leave the home! Everyone enjoyed the spacious house, beautiful front porch, fire pit, corn hole and jacuzzi! Each couple had their own room and bed which was great. Beautiful location, plenty of local options for food! 10/10 Stay, strongly recommend! "

"Our stay here was wonderful! The property is gorgeous, so much space to spread out for our yearly family vacation (32 of us!). The kitchen is amazing!! You’ll have anything and everything you would need to cook. The pool was great for the kids, the deck outside overlooking the pond is a great spot to relax with a drink and snacks. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, it was clean and really had everything we needed to enjoy hanging with our family. Highly recommend!!"

"Clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. Kitchen is well equipped, appliances are new and the cottage was very comfortable. My grand daughter and I are both exhibitors at the League of NH Craftmens Fair, so it made our week to be able to stay 10 minutes from Mount Sunapee. "

"My husband and I had a peaceful stay at the beautifully appointed cabin - there was good information upon check in and the air conditioning was awesome (the few days we needed it on). There were many items left in the kitchen to start our visit. There is the most lovely view from the cabin and a very quick walk to the lake - sunsets were amazing!!"

"I’ve gone back and forth on how to rate our stay here. The location was amazing, parking and check in were easy, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. That said, the property had some cleanliness issues. Particularly in the kitchen, where we found very dirty cabinets and dishes. There is also no lack of decorative items in already small home. For families with young kids, note that the water heater is an RV sized water heater, which made getting our young kids cleaned up with...
