"Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! "

"Clean, small little house. They should have mentioned in the listing about the ridiculously steep stairs to the upstairs / attic bedroom. They are not really safe for anyone that is remotely unsteady on their feet. No curb appeal, the lawn was overgrown and trash can was still at the curb. "

"The house was perfect! Had everything we needed to cook with, the beds were comfy, plenty of room for all 7 of us, and the views of the river and sunsets were amazing. Chris was the best host!! Responded instantly to all my questions and very accommodating to everything we needed! "

"We rented the cabin for two nights to be close to family friends who live in Pekin. It was the perfect location, very quiet and we really appreciated the outdoor space and grill. "Our family was attending a family reunion over Fathers Day weekend and was lucky enough to book this house for the long weekend. With 5 bedrooms and massive kitchen / Living room great area, there was an abundance of space. The house is set up with anything and everything you will need, especially regarding kitchen utensils & dishes, as well as, bathroom necessities, laundry soap and cleaning supplies. I strongly recommend booking this house for a larger group and would not hesitate to book it...
