"This was a wonderful home base for our first visit to Vermont. We’ve become avid hikers and nature lovers, so we wanted something a little off the beaten path but with all the creature comforts we needed to unwind after a 12 hour drive there and 12 hour hikes. The hosts were very accommodating, even leaving us a cooler with ice to help keep food cold since there’s only a mini fridge and we stayed 4 days. "This home has it all! Beautifully decorated, cozy fireplace, spacious private surroundings, the BEST claw foot bathtubs, mountain and star views magnificent! We had 12 people and the home’s size afforded us all plenty of privacy. Great stove in kitchen. Plenty of firewood stacked. Off grid living was cool! No TVs! Such a needed break from the seasonal chaos! Highly recommend ❤️"

"What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our two kids (7 & 9) are still talking about it and our only regret is not being able to stay longer. From the goats to the ducks and their two adorable dogs, to star gazing, gold panning, the incredibly comfortable and warm accommodations, and just how welcome we felt, to not experience this opportunity would be a loss. "The cabin is lovely and cozy and homey and it's clear a great deal of thought has gone into making it welcoming. Our hosts were very friendly and made themselves available. They even rushed over to bring a utensil we needed that was not in the kitchen. We definitely plan to come back!"

"This was everything we wanted and more in a honeymoon. The cabin was cozy, clean, and romantic. We wanted somewhere secluded with limited cell service (the WiFi was excellent but we switched our phones off). We were able to enjoy ourselves and our time with limited distractions. We can’t wait to return! "

"Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You"

"Our stay at this cozy cabin was just what we needed. Ample room, comfortable beds, clean linens and a superb property in a quiet neighbourhood, our kids enjoyed the yard full of snow and their bunking “nook” upstairs. We loved the time together and enjoyed the amenities offered. The owners were always quick to respond. We recommend for a quiet weekend away. "

"This was so beautiful!! We absolutely loved it. We had a nice fire in the evening, grilled some burgers, and showed off our horrible boating skills (honestly it was fun to just row in circles and laugh, but the river is calm and has lovely views). It is easy to drive to the market for anything you need or other small towns for a day trip. We had minor issues with outside lights but it made it more fun to see things by firelight and fireflies. Thank you!"
