"Hotel does not have immediate access to the road so took me awhile to find it. They were also paving the road leading to the Hotel. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Grounds are well kept. The pool area was nice and clean also. Room was very clean. Stayed for a week and highly recommend."

" Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. "

"Property under renovation and not close to being completed and it is not stated anywhere.
We booked due to the amenities of the lounge/bar and restaurant. Sadly upon check-in there was a note stating that they were not open that evening. In the morning a new note was placed stating not open. After asking it was clear that those notes are simply on rotation because they are not open at all.
Balcony rooms do not have any furniture on them.
Additionally, the property smells very bad. It smells...

" there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast"

"Although the room wasn’t huge for 2 beds, it was very nicely done. They thought about every issue you can have: storage, electrical plugs, etc. In our room, there was even a light in the bath overhead that acts like a nightlight. My cousin and I were very impressed. We were close to town but out to make it easy to take day trips elsewhere. I can see where it might be a little challenging to park in Saugatuck during season."

"This inn is beautifully kept and very convenient to most everything you want to do in Holland! Judy cooks an absolutely fantastic breakfast in the morning. Be sure not to miss it! Her husband, Carl even let me take some of the empanadas home since some of the guests didn’t come down for breakfast that morning. Overall highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast!"
