"The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night.
The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting.
To make matters worse, we woke up to bugs in the bathroom. We ended up killing about five of...

"I stayed here two nights while preparing for surgery on the third day. Our room was clean and quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. It was conveniently located for the multiple LYFT rides upon which I depended. Very positive experience. Thank you"

"Staff unfriendly, no one smiled. The refrigerator and microwave did not work (was plugged in) the outlets were loose, windows dirty to look out, shower head and sink low, and just felt old and not up to par. For the price, I won’t go back. There’s many other hotels in that price range that offer so much more and better kept. The breakfast was not that great but maybe I’m picky. The thing that stood out the most was the unfriendly front desk employee who smoked weed out in the parking deck...

"The room is pretty clean, but I overheard a conversation about housekeeping and the help desk person said housekeeping was done around every three weeks or so to the person asking. But that’s for an extended stay, which is still kinda long.
Also, I don’t know what they clean with, but pet smells must be hard to get out of the rooms. It doesn’t stink or anything, but doesn’t smell fresh either.
