"I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. "This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very convenient and we had a handicap room for my father who is in a deities and it was nice. Unfortunately the shower was a bit of a problem because water spilled out all over the floor. It was a walk-in shower. The shower needed a lip around it. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. My parents appreciated the shuttle service that was free to the casino nearby."

"This little place is nestled right next to the highway, but the room is well insulated against noise. It is noisy by the pool, but it is a lovely, good sized hotel pool which we all enjoyed. We brought blow ups for it. The owners definitely take pride in how they run the Hotel. Right next door is the Erie Canal Cruise place (loved that) and it's close to Cooperstown and Howe Caverns and other regional sites. Picnic tables, Continental breakfast, vending machines. Its a great value."
