Great place to stay in DC if you need the basics. Property was clean, in a very cute neighborhood with driveway parking. It was a 15 minute drive to the National Mall. The host was pleasant, provided clear instructions, and responded quickly.

Great Communication. Accommodating to a Request.

Upon arrival, I noticed the carpet had recently been vacuumed which was nice. The WiFi worked great, and I enjoyed the benefit of having access to a TV with cable in the bedroom. There was hand soap, and even shampoo in the shower if I needed it. The window AC unit in the bedroom worked just fine. Dr. Gibson had stellar communication throughout and was accommodating to a request I had made. Very friendly. I would have preferred having a blanket or comforter as there was only a top sheet on the bed. I would stay again.

Just What Was Advertised!

This was a great property and a great price point! Dr. Gibson was exceptionally responsive at check-in, during stay, and after check out. I stayed at property during annual conference and surely will be back.

It was an amazing and easy stay. The only problem I had was the sink and toilet both clogged right off the bay and there was no plunger. Other than that it was nice & quiet.

cozy and warm place to stay my host was so friendly and spot on. I love the location and the views were outstanding this was my first visit to dc and plan on coming back and I would defiantly stay here. the price is second to none and I had the best host.

Outstanding price, great location

It’s not fancy, but it works great if you don’t need a kitchen. Listing said there was a hot tub but that turned out to be an error, which was disappointing. Host generally responded very quickly.

Nice Accommodations for the Price

The space was clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood where the home is located is about half a mile from Pennsylvania Avenue, so getting to tourist attractions such as the White House and the Washington Monument is straightforward. While the blanket could have been thicker, overall this is a good place and I would stay again.

Excellent space for my trip to DC

I was out at a workshop from 8AM to about 10PM. The property was in a nice neighborhood with driveway parking. The bedroom was clean with a dresser. The middle room had a sofa and some other seating and a book case with interesting books.. The small room leading to the bathroom had a mini-fridge and a small desk. The bathroom was small, but clean and functional. Communication was clear, professional, with very quick responses. This is a great space for visit to DC when you expect to be out and about. There was no ability to cook.

I was in DC for a very emotionally taxing demonstration/event. It was so nice to come back to this peaceful and quiet retreat. Dr. Koura was very attentive and a wonderful host. I couldn't have asked for more!

Cute, clean, comfortable!

Dr. Koura Gibson was a wonderful host! Her home is beautiful and very comfortable. It is the perfect size for someone who is visiting the city and really just needs a place to shower and sleep. The shower was amazing after long days of exploring Washington DC. And the bed was extremely comfortable, if and when I come back to the DC area, I will ABSOLUTELY reach out and stay here again. Would absolutely recommend!! :) Thank you!

Comfortable Room

We had a lovely 4 night stay. We didn’t need much. The space was roomy and very clean and there was room for a blow up that I brought for my daughter to sleep on. The bathroom was just the right size and the free WiFi was greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful time exploring DC and visiting friends and enjoyed meeting and chatting with Dr. Koura! We would recommend this rental to anyone!

Nice place

This was a nice and economic place to stay if you are looking for just a bed , shower and tv. Dr. Koura was nice, and even offered off street parking if need, also a short ride to down town.
