We had a great time in DC. The location is a short Uber ride to all the major attractions, and it truly felt like home away from home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Check-in and check-out were smooth—no issues at all. The host was attentive and offered excellent restaurant recommendations. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

This place was so inviting and so was the owner. It was beyond clean, practical and I felt very safe especially as a young woman traveling alone. The owner was not only a gentleman but a superhero in helping me out but accessibility. This place deserves more than five stars. This will be my go to for future stats.

Host was helpful. The location is not particularly close to much and about a 25 min walk to the metro. New appliances but lacking some kitchen and bathroom essentials.

Apartment was fine. Would be nice to have a full set of utensils, at least one knife you can use for cutting, plus bare essentials in the kitchen like salt and pepper. Towels where very flimsy and would have liked more then 2 for 5 nights for two people. Would like more than 4 hangers in any of the closets. Host was responsive when I reached out about getting items that ran out while there. Easy street parking.

The property looks nothing like the photos. The stove did not work. The one cup coffee maker was broken, there were no blinds on the living windows. There were dirty sheets left on a chair. There was no extra blankets the blins that did exist in in the kitchen and bedroom were broken. There was a brand new TV but in the box not connected or usable. There were no mirrors in the entire apartment except for a small mirror above the sink in the bathroom. The entire apartment needed cleaning especially the kitchen, it was gross.

My wife, son and I loved this place so much! Everything was clean and my wife who is a neat freak LOL totally approved! Ron was great, and his responses to msgs were always very quick! We loved it so much that we wanted to extend our stay for 2 more days. Ron replied pretty much immediately, but this location was already booked. However, he had another place just a few blocks away that he offered us, so we booked the extra couple of days! He was very accommodating and we were happy with everything!

Newly painted. Brand new furniture from IKEA, assembly stickers still attached. Kitchen was minimalist, ie: salt and pepper shakers present but no salt or pepper, coffee maker present but just half filled jar of instant coffee, dishwasher functional but filled with rinsed but unwashed dishes with no dishwasher detergent available. Bed was comfortable, pillows and linens good. But don't look under bed, thick piles of dust and dirt. washer dryer new and functional, but extremely loud. Furnace was also extremely loud, though luckily in front room, so not bad from bedroom with door closed. Excellent location.

First off upon arrival we couldn't get into the apartment, code on door was incorrect, had to find other accommodations for our first night. Finally received code from the owner the next day and was able to enter the property. Unimpressed right away. The cleanliness, or lack of, was immediately apparent making us wonder if it was actually cleaned before our arrival. Floors were filthy, cobwebs hanging from light fixtures, kitchen counter had spilled sugar all over, top of refrigerator has layers of dust, dirt etc. We both tried to turn on the washing/dryer combo and couldn't get it to work, may be us, not sure. The toilet paper dispenser was pulled out of the wall, one smoke/fire/CO2 detector was missing and the other one was hanging by the wires only, finally the front window shade had multiple broken slats. There was no TV but that wasn't mentioned in the description. If some time was spent on cleanliness and proper minor repairs this unit could look like the pictures shown. To end on a positive note the location was close to metro stops and community seemed to be safe.
