  • Esta elegante casa urbana ha sido recientemente renovada y cerca de todos los lugares turísticos que visita en DC.
    • 8 minutos a los restaurantes Barrack's Row.

    Después de un día de ver los lugares de interés, tenga una noche divertida jugando hockey aéreo o uno de los muchos juegos en las áreas comunes.
    Perfecto para grandes vacaciones familiares, escapadas de chicas y viajeros de negocios. ¡También hay estacionamiento gratuito en la calle para 3-4 autos!Esta casa adosada de unidad final de 3 niveles tiene 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos, uno en cada nivel. Tiene capacidad para hasta 17 invitados.

    Primer nivel: cuando entras por la puerta principal, entras en un espacio soleado, cálido y acogedor, con un plano de planta abierto. La cocina está diseñada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, todas las comodidades para una estancia confortable, como cafetera y tetera. También encontrarás ollas, sartenes, utensilios para hornear, especias y toda la vajilla y utensilios necesarios. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas. La sala de estar delantera es un lugar acogedor y bien iluminado con un sofá seccional desde el que puede disfrutar de la televisión inteligente de 50 pulgadas para disfrutar un poco de Hulu y relajarse. O diviértete una noche de juegos jugando air hockey o los muchos juegos de mesa. Un baño completo completa el área de entretenimiento. Justo afuera de la puerta de la cocina, en el porche trasero hay una gran parrilla.

    Nivel del sótano: al bajar los escalones, se encontrará con un pintoresco espacio de oficina equipado con un escritorio y una silla. A la vuelta de la esquina hay un rincón de lectura con un banco antes de llegar al área de descanso y entretenimiento. Hay 3 literas con una cama individual en la parte superior y un futón de tamaño completo en la parte inferior. Estos futones pueden mantenerse erguidos para mirar la televisión inteligente de 50 pulgadas o reclinarse para dormir más. Esta área es perfecta para viajar con un gran grupo de niños. Un baño completo con juguetes de baño para niños también está en este piso.

    Nivel superior: subir una escalera desde el primer piso es donde encontrará tres dormitorios. El primer dormitorio tiene una litera con 2 camas individuales. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas dobles con cómodos colchones con pillow-top. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, un sofá de cuero con otomana y un televisor inteligente de 50 pulgadas. Otro baño completo completa el nivel superior.

    Si alguna vez has estado en DC, sabes que el estacionamiento es una prima. No se preocupe por el estacionamiento en la zona, las restricciones de tiempo y las multas de estacionamiento, hay estacionamiento gratuito en la calle para 2-3 autos, dependiendo del tamaño.

The house was clean and meet our needs perfectly. We had 9 children and 3 adults with more than enough room. The Communication was great and the check in and check out process went very smooth!!

Me and my family had an amazing time at this property, kinda reminded us just like being home. Space was amazing, very clean and up to date with amenities. Shani was an amazing host. If I needed anything she was there to fix or handle anything. Thank you, we really enjoyed ourselves.

4th of July Holiday stay

The property is located in a mature neighborhood that includes adequate off the street parking; nearby neighbors were quiet but friendly. It easily accomidated 11 adults and provided easy access (5 miles) from all the main attractions.

A lovely house for a big get together

We loved our time at this place. It was spacious, sleeps 10 to 12 individuals easily, is clean and with 3 bathrooms, getting ready for the day is a breeze. The host is very responsive and helpful. The whole stay was comfortable and fun

Great house for large group visiting the city!

Shani's house was perfect for our group of four adults and ten kids! Everything was very clean and as pictured/described. We loved the proximity to the city and the free parking.

Spacious home

Great for large families or groups especially with children. Property has three levels with the kids enjoying the basement that was equipped with plenty of sleeping spaces and room for playing.

This is a great place for a big family. The cooking area of the kitchen is a little small but it is open to the dining area so great for hanging out. The games and foosball table really kept the kids happy. It’s is a short two block walk to the bus stop and has direct buses to the national mall which is great for us. The host was very communicative and responsive. We decided to leave early to avoid a big storm and I received the check out instructions early with no problems. We love the off the street parking as well.

First Time in DC

The unit was clean, plenty of space for aFamily of 10. National monuments short drive away. Neighbors friendly. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for stay in DC area. Quick responses from owner when notified.

Family Holiday

The property was perfect for our large family to celebrate Thanksgiving and tour the D.C. area. The open kitchen and living room had plenty of spcae for socializing and cooking. The kids room downstairs allowed them to do what they do. The Bus station(s) were easy to get to. Perfect property for my family's holiday.

Great place, Not the best neighborhood

We had a great stay. The place was clean and perfect and Shanti was very responsive. The only complaint I have is the location. Wasn't the safest neighborhood and sometimes our ubers would cancel because of it.

Close to everything

This property was rented for my me, my two sisters and our families. There was plenty of room for us and we were able to sightsee in the day and play games at night without being too crowded. The location was amazing and central to everything that we wanted to see. Communication with Shani was top notch and she was super quick to get back with us to answer any questions and give us tips on things to see locally and transportation/parking. Would definitely stay here again, we had an amazing time.

Exceeded our expectations

I stayed at this home for a week with my two adult children, three teens and three younger boys. The house was larger than depicted in the photos. The layout was great, offering plenty of space to gather as a family, while also providing plenty of room for people to break off in smaller groups or private areas. The location was also perfect- right outside downtown. We felt safe, it was clean, and we would definitely return to this home.

Family Birthday Celebration

We went to Maryland/DC area to celebrate my brother's 70th birthday. What made the experience so great was Shani's home. It was perfect because it was spacious enough for all the family, sisters, brothers, and nieces and nephews to enjoy each other. Close to the birthday venue, stores, and attractions. The experience was awesome!! The owner Shani was really only a phone call away. It's now on my home away from home list.
