The Hidden Gem on Capitol Hill features a plethora of comforts. This home is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods of Washington, DC, located in Capitol Hill. It is an impeccable and impressive newly renovated home to experience the best of DC. If you are looking for an authentic experience do consider staying at our home.

The home is self-contained with flat screen televisions, fully loaded with cable. Other amenities to provide comfort are: functional kitchen; dinning room; living room; irons with ironing boards; full size mirrors; hangers; and etc.

Lincoln Park is Capitol Hill - it is extremely walkable with bus stops everywhere, the blue-orange line passes right by the home. The red line at Union Station is just a mile away. The nearest metro to the home is two blocks away: Stadium Armory (Blue Line Train goes directly to DCA - Airport. Silver Line Train goes directly to IAD- Dulles International, and Orange Line

The houses are gorgeous here. Everything is stunning in every season. So many trees and beautiful yards.

Things to explore are: Eastern Market, Barracks Row, H Street, the Capitol, The Folger Shakespeare Theater, and the Library of Congress within a mile. The newly opened Union Market... and the ballpark are just minutes away.

STAY HERE!

Our stay at the VRBO home was truly magnificent! The gourmet kitchen made meal prep a delight, and the open concept living space was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The completely finished basement offered another spacious gathering area, while the compact yet powerful washer and dryer off the kitchen were incredibly convenient. Parking was a breeze, and each bedroom was fully functional with plenty of space. The host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Great Place to Stay

My family and I spent 6 days at end of June and enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The location is very close to the Metro, just a short walk away. The home had what we needed and everything was in working order. I would definitely stay again if I'm back in DC!!!

Very nice host! Close to the Metro and RFK Field. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and provided lots of useful information. I will say this house sleeps more of 8 if you have all adults but for us that was a minor thing as most of us weren’t there at the same time so it worked great! We plan to come back to DC next year and this definitely is going to be our first choice! Parking was no problem and plenty of it great location!

Great house in a great neighborhood

We came with young children and the house was well appointed with everything we needed as a large group. The location is perfect with young kids, a playground the next block over and a metro stop is 5 minute walk. Everyone in the neighborhood is so friendly! We really enjoyed our stay here in DC!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Washington, D.C.! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. Spacious and clean

It was a very spacious house and the basement was a great add in to have even more space. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the house. The neighborhood was great and had a grocery store close by. Owner was very responsive with communications. Highly recommend.

Great placement and wonderful owners

We had a very large party of my husband, our two kids and I, plus my parents and their adopted children. The space was clean and the location was phenomenal, but I think the best part was the owners. They respond quickly and are there to help you with any needs you have. Out of the dozens of home rentals I have done, this was the first one I didn’t have to argue with someone about my Service animal.

Clean,convenient close to metro just 2 blocks, 7 ELEVEN Store within walking distance. Difficult to keep any vehicle as there is no street parking from Monday to Friday from 7:30 Am to 9 Am as they need Zone permit to any street parking near by. Paid parking was available approximately 1 mile away.

Nice stay!

We hosted a bachelorette party with 10 people here. The owner let us check in early which was super nice. He also responded when we needed more toilet paper. The only thing is there could have been a few more blankets for people who weren’t sleeping on the beds. Also, the location is a bit far from Logan circle, Adam’s Morgan and other trendy places. But with the price of the place it was worth the distance from those areas! If I had a big group again I would consider returning to this place.

Neighborhood was delightful and safe. House was clean and well stocked with all we needed for a large family to cook meals at the home and get in and out of DC easily for sightseeing. Owner was responsive and helpful. Great experience!
