I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in staying in the downtown DC area. Beautiful property and close by to everything you need while you stay.

This was the perfect location for everything we wanted for our week in DC! Easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Close to union station making metro access convenient. The host was prompt at responding to questions and was very accommodating to our travel plans. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is in a great location and is a great layout for a family on the move. It was less than a mile walk to Union Station for the Metro and lots of different food options for a group with different food tastes. The capitol and library of congress are about a mile away, also. The house was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen daily. It was filled with utensils and pans which made cooking easy.The host was quick to respond and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

We had the absolute best time staying here. The location is beautiful and it was easy to get around the city. Several restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. We had 8 adults staying at this location and had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again if we comeback to the city.

The house was clean, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We could easily walk to Whole Foods and the neighborhood was convenient, safe and quiet. Great experience and would definitely book again if traveling to DC!

Beautiful home on a gorgeous street! We had everything we needed during our stay. We appreciated the Whole foods just a short walk away! Easy and scenic walk to the Capitol. Would stay here again!

This is a great location in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Whole Foods was a short walk. The Metro Union Station was a 10 min. walk and Capitol Hill was a 15 min. walk. We had a vehicle and street parking was available.

My husband, our four kids, and I really enjoyed our stay. The convenient location near the metro meant we were easily able to see all the DC sites. Also, being within walking distance to a shopping district made dinner meal planning a breeze. Lastly, the property owner was a great communicator.

Everything was so great. The host provided a coffee maker, coffee grinder, coffee & sugar. The kitchen was fully equipped, had we wanted to cook.Everything was clean and comfortable. Laundry was on site along with detergent, very convenient.Nice shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the showers.Location was great! Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops, restaurants and metro.Would definitely stay again!

Clean. Great space. I couldn’t find something, so I reached out to the host, and Lu was quick to reply. It was not the host’s fault that I couldn’t find it; it was me. But they were helpful, and even said they could come bring us what we needed if it wasn’t there. It was perfect distance to everything. We were able to walk to The Capitol and to Union Station everyday.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed being in a quieter neighborhood but so easily accessible to the rest of DC. Great groceries and other stores just a block away and red line less than 10 minute walk. House was in very good shape, very clean and enjoyable as place to relax. Highly recommend.

This is a very well appointed home, with everything you need for a good stay. The beds are very comfortable. The property is conveniently located to many activities and attractions. Lu was very responsive to our needs, and checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable.
