  • Have fun with family and friends at this stylish place. This place was created for comfort and convenience to make you feel like you're still at home, with easy combination access. It features all of the common amenities such as central air and heat, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, app base movies and television programming, a fully stocked kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with an ice maker), as well as board games for entertaining the family. It is metro bus accessible with two metro train stations nearby (New York avenue, and Rhode Island avenue station). It is also located close to many great restaurants and places for night life.

    Dear Guest,

    When making reservations. Please include the number of guests that will be staying in the unit. The max capacity of people is four. You will be charged an extra fee of $125 per person, per night for unauthorized individuals that are not included on the reservation. This unit is NOT ideal for four adults.

    I "ABSOLUTY DO NOT" allow any third-party bookings. It's a security and liability issue. The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund, in addition to a $125 fee for each unauthorized guest, per night.

    EXTENSIVE CLEANING: Please respect the proper and all its content. If there is extensive cleaning, smoking, of destroyed linens there will be a $150 charge to you. Please clean after yourselves.

    I "DO NOT" allow parties or events on the premise. You will be charged $125 per guest that are not included on the reservation.

    Long term reservist is allowed to book no more than 30 nights during a stay, per DC law. Any reservations over the 30-night limit will be subjected to alteration or cancelation.

    Check-out is at 10:00 am. You will be charged $150 for an unauthorized late check-out.

    There are two beds. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the sofa has a full-sized bed, ideal for two kids.

Great place, incredibly clean and cozy! Host was friendly and communicated well. Perfect price for a night out in D.C. Far enough away from the bustle to get a price break, but does not feel cheap in any way, bathroom was immaculate and clean bedroom, living room. Even had an office area. Lyft rides were reasonable into the Warf for a dinner & concert night.

This house was perfect. We used uber to downtown Washington DC with no problem. My husband was amazed at the details for amenities. The Qtips, soft towels, great coffee, quality toilet paper, great bed/covers and the best was the tissue by the bed. We would definitely stay there again.

Linens and sharp knives are make or break for me - and both were totally a WIN! The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of it. Loved the outlet accessibility l, the amenities provided in the office, and the fact that the creamers were in the fridge. Would definitely stay again.

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ausreichend groß für drei Personen. Ronnie ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Für begeisterte Läufer sind das Kapitol und die Mall fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Bushaltestellen, Busfahrten ist dank der guten Webseite der Wata einfach. Washington DC ist absolut eine Reise wert und Ronnies Appartment ein perfekter Startpunkt. Das Auto kann man getrost vor dem Haus stehenlassen, man braucht es nicht.

Fully-equipped kitchen; nice-sized bedroom with wonderful, lofty bed, TV, & black-out curtains; small office with desk perfect for computer use and shelves full of board games; living room/kitchen great room with fully-equipped kitchen, low table with pull-out chairs for meals or playing board games, large sectional, giant bean bag, and TV; stacked washer/dryer in closet. Host was amazing and prompt to any questions.

This place was above expectations. It included everything I needed and more. It was quiet and very convenient. Parking wasn’t too much of a hassle, I was able to park right in front of the building every night for my week stay. Public transportation and convenient stores within walking distance. Will definitely book while in DC again.

Was in town for a show at the anthem and it was a short uber to the location. The Vrbo stay was lovely. The space is generous and the host was very attentive. Long story short I would consider staying here again as the space was sufficient. I would think about it twice only because check out is at 10AM which is incredibly early after a “night out.” I would recommend moving it to at least 11 AM. Other than wishing for a later check out, everything was great. Was really happy the fridge had ice.

Terrific accommodations and great host.

My wife and I came to Washington DC to visit with family for a weekend family reunion. We have stayed in many VRBOS’s over the years and this was without a doubt one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. The apartment is immaculately, clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. We highly recommended would come back and stay again.

Looked newly renovated had all amenities, including some not even listed. Best of all was basically sound proof, not hearing anything from the outside. Host was very nice and knowledgeable about everything and answered all questions almost immediately. Again, super new, clean and spacious. Definitely could accommodate 3 adults easily.
