  • Esta casa adosada de tres habitaciones se construyó a principios de 1900, pero se renovó en diciembre de 2018. Con todas las comodidades modernas, puede relajarse en su casa o visitar los lugares de interés. El metro está a solo una cuadra de distancia! Dos grandes tiendas de comestibles están muy cerca (Harris Teeter está a una cuadra). Los Estados Unidos. El Capitolio está a 14 cuadras, puedes caminar, subir a un autobús, Uber / Lyft o tomar el metro. También tiene su propio garaje, una rareza en Capitol Hill. Salga por la puerta y la ciudad lo espera, y después de un largo día de exploración, relájese en su nuevo hogar lejos del hogar. ¡Es la casa perfecta para las exploraciones de tu ciudad!

    Hay un inquilino permanente que vive en el sótano de la casa que también se encarga del mantenimiento de la casa. We had a great stay at this home! Everything was clean and as described, and the check-in and out processes were easy. Great location with an easy walk to the metro, Safeway & a new food hall. Would stay again!

We loved our stay here, very conveniently located steps away from Metro and Safeway. No need to rent a car.Clean and plenty of room. Good communication from host. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location. Nice house with comfortable beds and working ac! It was hot in DC that week Enough towels for the 4 of us. The dryer does make a lot of noise so I wouldn’t recommend using it at night. Other than that everything was lovely. I even left a pair of shoes there by mistake and the property manager sent them back right away I highly recommend this VRBO

You can’t beat the location of this property for a visit to Washington, DC! It was an easy walk to the metro and loads of good restaurants. The neighborhood is busy and comfortable with many families and dogs walking past.

We had a wonderful girls weekend! It is a great space and the location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood yet a block from the Metro and grocery/liquor store. The host left the grocery savings card and multiple refillable metro cards for our convenience. We used what was there, refilled and left whatever balance for the next guests. Alec responded quickly and allowed us to arrive a bit early. Great space that I would recommend and stay again!

This Row House in Capital Hill was the perfect home base for our family vacation. If you are driving in, you cannot beat having a free place to park your vehicle. The secure garage was a gem! The house is so convenient to the grocery store and the Metro station. There are also several restaurants within a few blocks. This was so nice. We especially enjoyed the Roost. Alex, the property manager, was very responsive and so kind. Darwin, the maintenance man, was so nice. The A/C was working overtime because of the heat outside. Darwin came in and worked on it quickly. He got everything sorted in no time at all. We were so thankful for our time in DC.

Everyone in my family loved their stay.The location is beyond excellent! The place sleeps eight, with two to a bed and an air mattress. It worked out well for our group.

Family Trip

Our family stayed here for our summer trip. The location is great and convenient to the metro and bus. Quick walk to Barracks Row was also nice.
