The property was in a very poor state of upkeep, and the rooms were noticeably unclean. The first room we were assigned had visibly stained and dirty bed sheets, and the bed itself appeared unsanitary. We also found cigarette butts on the floor, and the room had an overwhelmingly unpleasant odor.
After requesting a different room, the second room was only marginally better. It was supplied with just one towel, which was stained, had holes, and was clearly unwashed. The shower curtain had visible black mold spots, there was no fire detector installed, and the bathroom fan was exposed with wires hanging dangerously out. The bed sheets again appeared to be barely cleaned, and there was no working phone in the room.
The only reason we stayed was because we were attending a nearby event and simply needed a place to shower after a long day. In the morning, loud noises and banging could be heard from outside, and when we tried to check out, there was no staff member available.
I cannot recommend this property. The lack of basic cleanliness, combined with safety hazards like exposed wiring and absent fire safety measures, makes it an unsuitable and unsafe place to stay.
