Great location in a nice community. The home is "older" but is extremely clean, functional, useful and in a fantastic neighborhood. Great place and I would stay here again.

My Stay on 5/8/25

I enjoyed my stay at this attractive property. The location is very convenient with access to the Metro and main roads, but it is also quiet and peaceful. My room and bed were clean and comfortable, the bathroom amenities are modern. I was able to relax and watch some sports and relax in the big TV room downstairs. This is definitely a great option form me on future visits to Northern Virginia.

Very old house with lots of potential but lacking attention to detail and basic modern comfort / amenities. There was a bedroom window with a mid-size hole in the glass that had been taped back together. There was also a dried booger on the main bedroom wall. When we asked the host to address the dryer / smoke detectors, they sent a cleaning crew who didn’t understand English and only sprayed the rooms with air freshener / refreshed a few towels. The host ended up refunding us a very partial amount compared to the total money and time we lost staying here. Felt like false advertising! Pros- LocationCons- Broken glass / exposed window in front bedroom- Broken clothes dryer (ran for 9 consecutive hours overnight which is fire hazard. When asked about the issue, the host said the guest book explained that the dryer only turned off when opened — clearly a broken dryer) - Dated and corroded basic amenities, I.e., vacuum, ironing board, dish drying rack, etc.- Some of the blinds are broken or dirty - Very thin blankets on beds without any spare blankets or bedding for chilly nights - Moldy / mildew smelling towels - Mildew smelling sheets - Moldy shower curtain and floor mat - Funky odor in kitchen - Cobwebs throughout … felt deserted - No smoke detectors in any bedrooms

Good location, lacks comforts

The positives - great location, easy access to Arlington and metro train. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes. Easy check in. The negatives - the main bedroom is a full bed that was very hard and uncomfortable. Also, our last night we tried to use the Ac and it seemed to not be working and did not cool down the house. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
