"This is a very boutique hotel with no lobby. You check in and basically have to move on or go to the restaurant. It would be nice if there were some area to sit if you had to wait for somebody."

"I checked into a room that had no shower curtain and no bath towels. The front desk personnel did not seem to concerned about it. The room we never served during a 4 night stay even after I requested that it be done on the 3rd day. I might have well stayed at a motel 6"

"The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was an actual hot and fresh breakfast. Very quiet. Cannot hear activity from the hall or other rooms. One simple comment was that there were no towel bars. We stayed 2 nights and would have reused our towels but there was nowhere to hang them. Overall a good place at a decent price. "

Sausages were tasteless and greasy. Bagels were old and stale as well as bread. . Toasting bread and bagels took three cycles to get toasted. Overall this is the worse buffet breakfast in any 3 star hotel. Limited eating places for meal for lunch and dinner. But can order for delivery. This chain needs to compare with...
