"We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Agnes was top notch. Lots of million dollar views, decks, docks, and lovely water all around. 5 bedrooms with a/c meant it was it spacious and comfortable for our family. Tennis/pickleball court and sauna were nice bonuses to keep the teenagers busy. We'll definitely return!"

"Was a fantastic few days at a beautiful spot. Was cozy and rustic as expected and lovely. Stayed in July and the cove had a nice wind tunnel effect and the cottage had windows on both sides which kept a nice breeze. Swimming was great with a soft sandy entry (some leaves but not weedy). Had very quick and detailed responses when any questions came up for the hosts. We had a great time and would come back again without hesitation. "

"I received no information from the host about accessing the rental. The two phone numbers on the listing do not connect to the host. Thankfully a neighbour had the host's number or we may not have gotten in! The staircase to the apt. is treacherous and the place had a musty odour. There was black mold in the closets and only bottom sheets on the beds. There was no page of information for the unit.The airconditioning worked well, as did the shower head. "

"Great spot clean and comfortable swimming was excellent even the little one. Internet slow a bit but did the job. Would definitely return but never caught any fish over 3 ful.l days which was strange "

"We all enjoyed our stay at Leslie's cottage by the river. We spent a lot of time lounging on the dock, enjoying the patio set, and canoe and kayaks provided! Leslie's communication was amazing, we even got tips on where to find some really cool waterfalls just minutes away from our location. I slept in the bunkie myself, and found it very comfortable. The kitchen had lots of space, and the kids took advantage of the tv in the living room. We would definitely recommend staying here! "

"This unit isn’t anything special; cheaply renovated, poorly decorated, oddly shaped. The toilets are sensitive, so we were instructed to not flush toilet paper and the shower didn’t drain properly. We found evidence of mice in the kitchen. We didn’t have enough towels for our group. However, otherwise we had all we needed, including a washer and dryer and two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, though lacked top sheets. Overall it was okay for the short stay when there was nothing else...

"Cottage Binx hosted our two families for a cottage getaway. The cottage was nestled in the woods on the Muskoka river and provided great privacy. The cottage itself was very clean and perfectly accommodated our two families. Our host Tej was excellent in answering any questions we had during our stay, always responding within minutes. The cottage has kayaks, and the kids loved fishing on either the paddle boat or the aluminum rowboat. The fire pit area was awesome for a campfire and roasting...

"My friend and I had a very comfortable stay at this location. Excellent cleanliness and Jesse was extremely helpful, available, and good to communicate with. Nice to have a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven and portable stove element to make a quick breakfast with. Very comfortable bed. Overall a great stay. Thank you Jesse! "
