"We began by being sent to a room on the 2nd floor that we could not gain entrance. Staff came and said they would get a “jimmy” bar. We refused and requested another room, which we received. We stayed the first night with no further incident. The next day we were gone for 9 hours and left the tag on the door requesting that our room be made up. When we returned around 9 pm we again could not get entry to our room. Went back to the front desk, stood in line again, and had our keys refreshed. When...

"The suite I had was great. It was roomy for my four days there. The room was clean, the shower was great, and the couch was comfortable. The staff was great.
The only thing I disliked was the restaurant. The burger I ordered must have been frozen. It was poor. We went out for the next three days for both breakfast and dinner.
But besides the restaurant, the hotel is great. It was close to the highway, which made it easy for us to get to our appointments. It was quiet, clean, and dark, so I...

"If you're bringing kiddos, make sure they have something to do. The TV system wasn't working for our 18-hour stay. The shampoo pump did not work in the bathroom. Only 3 tissues in the box. No biggie there, but it should have been at least half full. I think we should have at least been offered some type of perk or a small discount on our bill. Other than that, the staff was great and the room was nice."

"Hotel is conveniently located. Bed was comfortable and sheets/bedding were clean. That is where positives ended. Rooms are very worn and in need of maintenance. Bathroom door knob screws were loose. Shower caulking was missing in places and looked moldy in other places. Shower screws were loose. Bath curtain rod screws were loose and rod was falling down. Desk chair was missing both screws on left side and dangerous to sit in. Mirror light was burnt out. Closet had one hanger. Couch and carpet...
