There's a different rhythm to every season at Peach Tree: long summer dinners on the deck, autumn outings to nearby orchards, and winter evenings moving from the hot tub to a favorite film. Several gathering spaces offer room to enjoy time together and unwind in your own way.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Spend an unhurried morning in the hammock or settle into the outdoor sofas with a book. The decks offer mountain views, outdoor dining, a grill, a fire pit and a daybed outside the primary suite. Finish the evening in the year-round, seven-person hot tub.

COOK, GATHER & LINGER
Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bertazzoni appliances make preparing a meal part of the pleasure of your stay. At the coffee bar, choose espresso, Chemex or French press. Gather around the dining table, then settle into the double-height living room with its mountain views, pellet stove and 65-inch OLED TV. Sonos audio throughout the home, including both outdoor decks, lets your favorite music accompany coffee, cooking and time together.

A CINEMA OF YOUR OWN
Make the popcorn, mix a drink at the wet bar and settle into plush, tiered seating for a favorite film. The dedicated theater seats 10, with Atmos audio to draw you into the action.

SWIM, MOVE & UNWIND
Enjoy a swim in the heated indoor Endless lap pool, take a ride on the Peloton or ease into the day with yoga. Weights and a bench round out your private gym.

ROOM FOR PLAY
The game loft overlooks the living and dining spaces and offers billiards, classic Pac-Man, board games and a 75-inch TV. One level higher, the top-floor lounge has foosball and two sofas around a coffee table.

REST & RECHARGE
Four bedrooms are arranged across the main and upper levels. The main-level primary king suite has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower and French doors to the rear deck and daybed. Upstairs, pocket doors separate the second king bedroom from its sitting room and workspace. Additional workspaces make it easy to find a quiet spot when needed.

The cinema and gym are on the lower level.

THOUGHTFUL COMFORTS
Families will find toys, books, two Pack 'n Plays, a stair safety gate, outlet protectors and a configurable playpen/fence. Large-capacity laundry machines are available during your stay. Pets are welcome; please include them in your reservation.

For an evening around your own dining table without the cooking, ask about a private chef. Housekeeping during your stay can also be arranged. Both services are available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
