"Great little overnight stay for my family (2 littles). Close to many exciting and delicious places. Even with the RV being located on the owners property, it felt completely separated and on its own. They made it an incredible private oasis. In addition all the necessities are available if personal items got forgotten. Kudos! "

"Clean and Cozy - [ ] We were in town for my sons birthday weekend whose at the Naval station. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Location was ideal - about 15 mins away in a safe area. I’m very particular when it comes to where I stay and this definitely met my expectations. Everything was within 5-15 minutes driving distance : target , Walmart , Starbucks , Dunkin’ and other eating establishments . Home was clean and had just enough of the necessities for the short stay...

"We were passing through as three adults with a couple of dogs, so the place definately met our needs and we found it to be a good value as such. Although the neighborhood seemed a bit run down, it did not feel unsafe at all. The one nearby neighbor we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Recommend with understanding of the above comments. The host was great."

"Such a cozy house. My family really enjoyed our stay!! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood located right by the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Not far from a dollar store, Walmart, multiple restaurants and the beach. The back yard was perfect for the kidos the play outside and for the adults to relax. The rooms were prefect. Kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos we needed. Thank you so much for the much needed get away in such a welcoming home. "

"Overall great experience. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close enough walk to community pool, with beach access across the street. Far enough away from the busy Pansacola Beach restaurant / shopping area but still a short drive or free trolley ride away.Owners stayed in contact with different happenings in the area. Also was quick to ask if we needed anything.House was well kept up inside with plenty of furnishings. Kitchen was stocked with about any appliance you can think of. Plenty of beach...

"Cozy! Alene, the property owner is very responsive as well. We had a good stay! I liked how she had several useful appliances! A good location as the beach was only 10 minutes away. I did forget to mention to her that the lock box may need replaced or new batteries. A little bit of trouble getting in a couple times. Besides that I enjoyed the home and we had a great stay!"

"Great house, pool just feet away from door, secure location, we had the best times. Had problems with AC but management team was all over it and took care of problem. Thank you. Awesome little folder in house with local things to do, places to eat, captains to charter boats from and other suggestions. (Best suggestion was The REEF. Excellent little dive/diner) I'm sure there is more great places but we only had couple days. Hope to visit again soon"

"This is a great property! It’s situated on what might be the safest street in Florida, it’s close to the beach, it’s well-appointed with everything we needed, and, best of all, Richard was awesome!"

"Dan was very prompt on communicating with us upon arrival at check-in. House was great!! Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 3 kids. We did rent the lower bed and bath as well. Peaceful location and easy walk to the beach. Looking forward to contacting Dan again in the future for another stay."
