"We liked the firepit and the pond. The cottage is cute and well- stocked. It was not cleaned well after the last guest. We found food in two different areas. The carpets had not been vacuumed. We couldn't find kitchen towels and the tvs were difficult to use."

"Stayed July 3–5, 2025 with my wife via VRBOWe had a fantastic stay at Bolstad West for the holiday weekend. The location truly can’t be beat—steps from the beach, right by the boardwalk, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Long Beach. Fireworks on the beach were next-level, and it was amazing to watch the chaos and color unfold right outside the property.The unit itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully furnished, with a cozy vibe that made it feel like home....

"The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. "We were on a family trip with three children. We stayed in the serendipity cottage. The children really appreciated the games that were available. The entire cottage was beautifully decorated very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and gadgets you need. Two bathrooms is a lifesaver with a family! "Fantastic location!!! Takes you 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Close driving distance to great towns like Seaside and Astoria! We recommend checking out the Indian costal trail abiut 20 minutes out, spectacular views, about 4 miles there and back. You should also check out the Cathedral trail and Column in Astoria where you can throw a wooden plane off a tower! We also recommend going to the Sandtrap bar thats another 2 minute walk from the property and Grandmas Corner for a good hearty...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Pelican in Arch Cape. Being able to sit out in the hot tub on the deck and enjoying the view was a highlight. The location was perfect and walking out on the beach was a daily activity. In particular, our walk to Hug Point was very special.The house was perfect for our multi-generational family offering plenty of available space. Highly recommend!"

"The best vacation ever!! Very close to the beach- We walked on the beach almost everyday. Breathtaking views from all the windows, especially the main window. Town was a short walk away. Beach towels and all you could need to cook were provided. You can't tell from the pictures but there is a TV there probably 42 inches.The rocking chair was my favorite to sit in, very comfortable. Only pro was the sofa bed was broken, however there was sleeping pads under the twin beds and that worked just fine...
