"Amazing stay!!! We stayed in the Hermit Crab and it was perfect for me and my wife. Plenty big enough with a nice size shower. We will definitely be back!"

"The minute we set foot I took a nap which I never do. It was super clean, in a great little neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and we nestled into this adorable cottage. Plenty of room and all you need. A bit of a throwback in time as it’s very basic and simple and as an interior designer I’d love to revamp it a bit but I enjoyed the simplicity and authenticity. Would stay again. "

"Pros: bus stop directly across the street was a huge plus and it is free through 2025. Renovation of basement (and it was bright inspite of lower level location) done very well and decor was locally specific which we loved! Lots of books, comfy beds, hot water in the shower even with three people taking showers in a row. TV worked flawlessly. Temps in unit were perfect throughout the stay. Plenty of blankets for the beds. Cons: a bit musty yet owners did well to have a dehumidifier in the unit....

"I enjoyed this stay for a solo trip but it would also be perfect for a couple or two close friends who don’t mind sharing a [hotel quality] bed. Fairly open and spacious for a studio—loved having a smart tv, small fridge/freezer and coffee maker, full bathroom. The entrance is through the backyard and requires the use of stairs, you may have to walk through the yard where people are entertaining but that did not bother me as everyone was friendly. Sound definitely travels from the upstairs...

"The house was beautiful, spacious, and the yard was spectacular. We were able to walk into town and enjoy the Nantucket fresh air. I went with a few family members to stay in this house and there couldn't have been better accommodations. 10 out of 10 would recommend!"

"Run, don’t walk, to book this property! The location is fabulous for walking to Main Street. It’s beautifully furnished and comfortable. We were talking about coming back after the first night. Highly recommend!"

"Great place, easy to get to and the host is very easy to deal with. This was our second year renting this house and will be back next year."

"My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! The house was just as it appears in the listing - and even better. It was very clean and it was the perfect amount of space needed for a week away with our pups. Great location - easy to walk downtown or hop on bike trails. Excellent host! Would definitely love to stay there again. "

"James was an absolute pleasure of a host. Made sure to tell us the basic ground rules without being over bearing - and was super responsive via text. The location was perfect, and I had the best 30th birthday weekend with my best friends. Highly recommend booking with him. "

"Overall, I thought the cottage was very nice. The description to the beach says a 5 minute walk, but it’s actually one minute! There are a few things that need to be fixed, but other than that, I enjoyed myself."

"We had a great stay at this house! Perfect for our group size. It was a little hard to figure out how to check in. The door is on the left of the building…might be helpful to note that for future renters. We also would’ve loved to have a blender in the kitchen, but other than that it was awesome! Super cute place :)"
