"We have stayed at a couple of these little cottages & this one was the best! Communication was excellent prior to our trip, making checking in a breeze! The cottage is updated, clean & equipped with anything you may need. We really enjoyed our stay here. Looking forward to renting again next summer! Thank you so much "

"If you are looking for a remote SUPER QUIET, PEACEFUL, OUT OF THE WAY, COMFORTABLE place to stay (with the amenities of home). This is it. Within close proximity to restaurants, grocery store, the lake, shopping, etc...The view is specular. You can actually hear yourself breath. That is how quiet this place is. Just bring your bug spray and flashlight if you have a desire to walk outside at night. The owners provide all that you can think that you would need (in abundance). If you want to...

"We had such a smooth, seamless experience here. Such a beautiful area with so much to explore! Everything was comfortable and clean, and bug spray firewood was provided so we had such an easy time. Will definitely reccomend and return!"

"Wonderful well kept home with a lovely screened in porch. Great for morning coffee and relaxing! Nice backyard with a fire pit, picnic table and games. A short walk to the water, which was awesome! The lake was clean and refreshing! We made use of the kayaks and saw many loons with their young! Definitely recommend this place! "

"We stayed 2 nights at this lovely little house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Very close to fun stuff Laconia. The hot tub room was perfect since we had some rain, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub."

"The property did not indicate this was a top floor condo. I have mobility issues and this was a real problem. There were several hairs on the bed sheets. I contacted the manager and he never responded. Washed everything myself including the mattress pad which had flakey debris on it, because we couldn’t just leave and lose our . Plus all our heavy luggage was painstakingly brought upstairs at this point. After a 5 night stay we still never heard from the Manager. This is not acceptable. ...

"We had a wonderful week at Lake Webster. The water is beautiful, the lake is quiet, and the house managed to fit our whole crew. Two young children, adults, dogs - we all had a great time and enjoyed staying at this house."

"Everything we needed was there!! We have been coming up to that area for years and love it. It’s easy access to the stores and highway make it a perfect place to stay! We had a four year old with us and the owners made sure there was plenty for her to play with and do! The week was awesome!Thank Karen & John"

"Had 7 couples here for a weekend! Chris and Leah go above and beyond in providing plenty of fun amenities, where we felt like we didn’t have to leave the home! Everyone enjoyed the spacious house, beautiful front porch, fire pit, corn hole and jacuzzi! Each couple had their own room and bed which was great. Beautiful location, plenty of local options for food! 10/10 Stay, strongly recommend! "

"Our stay here was wonderful! The property is gorgeous, so much space to spread out for our yearly family vacation (32 of us!). The kitchen is amazing!! You’ll have anything and everything you would need to cook. The pool was great for the kids, the deck outside overlooking the pond is a great spot to relax with a drink and snacks. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, it was clean and really had everything we needed to enjoy hanging with our family. Highly recommend!!"
