OK, so my wife and I are campers and budget travelers. We were attending a concert at the Georgia Mountain fairground in Hiawassee, a 15 minute trip from this property. The property is remote and down a gravel driveway. I like remote, yet close enough to enjoy other local events. We arrived to a clean, clean, clean place. Immaculate. The rental is located in a basement with totally private entrance and large deck. Inside was the living/kitchen areas, bath with shower, and a standard size bed with another pullout under it. Ref., micro.,sink, and coffee maker. There is even a full laundry room. It was very quiet, and we felt 100% safe. The only issue we had was the intermittent internet access. But, we weren't there to look at computers or phones. We had other plans, so that didn't really bother us at all. So, all-in-all, it was a good experience and we would return again. If you are used to staying in expensive hotels and other expensive rentals, this may not be the place for you. If you are just looking for a nice, clean, quiet place to sleep, on a budget, this is the place.
