"Hotel Nikko is a very clean, well-maintained and well-managed hotel. I stayed 3 nights, enjoyed the heated pool and enjoyed in-room dining breakfast. The staff is very nice and accommodating. "

"Excellent place to stay in SF. All the conveniences of a top property while priced less than other top places to stay. Once you stay there, you will understand why it was President Obama's preferred place to stayl in SF. We recently stayed at another SF Hotel and deeply regretted not going back to the Omni. We were a bit put off by the $92 a day parking--but going forward will just look at it as part of the total room price when comparing other properties."

"Staff is excellent and helpful. The bed are the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The rooftop bar is nice but expensive. The hotel is not in the best part of town, so not really walkable to restaurants etc. "

"This was a nice cozy small hotel building, the rooms were nice and the breakfast was great but don’t expect the usual eggs and sausage deal. They serve mostly healthy fruits and pastries. The only pet peeve I have is that they don’t mention a fee of $25 per night extra for the breakfast-on the website the breakfast is free but in actuality you pay for it!!"

"I set the ac to 68 and it always stayed at 72. Room was very stuff. Place needs a bit of TLC. Pillows are flat, towels are tiny and the bathroom literally would leak water from the shower. We placed a towel under the door to prevent it from leaking all over the floor, which minimized but did not stop. I’m not sure the hotel was worth the cost. Even the game area, while cool in theory…..it could stand some cleanliness with all the guests touching. "

"Very nice corner room on a high floor, hotel is charming and in a great location, staff is nice and helpful, very nice bar (the Postroom). There is only one desk for check-in, the lobby could have been a bit cleaner, and the the music/beats from the very popular club on the top floor was audible until very late at night. Other than that, a really nice hotel with tastefully furnished rooms and a comfy bed."

"For being an executive room. It was very small. Not even a coffee pot. Constable to a motel 6. Definitely will not start again nor recommend. "
