"American Heritage RV Park is conveniently located, peaceful, and overall as described. The facilities were good, and the grounds appeared well maintained. However, our cabin needed more attention. The floor was dirty, and there were spiderwebs in a couple of corners near the ceiling. The air conditioning unit in the master bedroom wasn’t working, and the built-in microwave was out of service. Fortunately, a small countertop microwave was provided and worked properly. Despite these issues, we...

"I have to say that I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the house. I realize that it is a very large house, but all the same, it should have been cleaned and maintained better for a short-term rental. The owner only supplied one old bath towel and one cheap new wash clothe per guest. No hand towels were initially provided. I contacted the owner and she had towel sent very quickly. The rugs did not look vacuumed, the bathroom rugs were dirty, the shower curtains were mildewed, and...

"Place is nice with clean rooms and amenities. It is close to what we wanted to do and quiet when we wanted. The only issue was at check in. There was a resort fee that was not mentioned in the listing. Then before they would give us our keys they wanted to schedule a sales presentation. They would ask questions but didn't seem to understand the word no. We had dinner reservations and needed to get checked in, unpack, and go. We were late for our dinner reservations. Besides the check in and...
