"We went there for a last minute retreat for the summer and had an amazing time! The house itself was perfect wth its location, mountain cabin charm and with all the modern facilities. We would love to come back again. Our 7 year old son had an amazing time."

"Had a wonderful stay at the Walden. Found the cabin to be neat and clean. Check in process was simple with lock box and code provided just prior to arrival. The location feels secluded although there are neighbors you can’t see them and rarely hear them. The private spot on the river is perfect for fishing, floating and wading. Can’t wait to go back. "

"My partner and I had a great stay here. The place was exactly as described and very clean. We loved relaxing outside and taking in the beautiful scenery. The location was directly between the towns of Luray and Fort Royal so there was always a good spot to go for a bite to eat. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Green River Home. Great cozy getaway cabin, driving distance or brief hike away from the river. Very quiet and tucked into a forested ridge with a nice small campfire spot. Everything was as listed and there was a detailed booklet telling everything about the cabin and local area. "

"Gorgeous property with lots to do close by. Check in was easy and we were settled in less then 10 minutes after arriving. No wifi but the tv has lots of channels. 10/10 will be booking again and already suggested it to all my friends/ family. "
