"Avoid this place at all costs
Firstly, there is no mobile phone reception, which makes communication extremely difficult and inconvenient. This should have been clearly disclosed before booking.
Secondly, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We had someone staying there from the 4th of March until the 10th, but after one night where he was slightly loud, they asked him to leave on the second day. At the time, we were clearly promised a refund once he checked out.

"Internet was ok but not the fastest. The rooms were well appointed but things missing in kitchen that it needed, like egg flip, peeler, serving spoons, teaspoons. The bathroom needed facewashers. Said in compendium that mini services done daily with towel replacements if wanted. Never saw anyone in the 4 days we were there, no towel changes. Plenty of secure parking but to access garage you had to get out of car , walk around to passenger side to tap fob to control panel so gate would go up....

"This was my first time visiting Australia and I had a great stay in Melbourne. We hosted a big brand trip with influencers at the hotel and the staff were incredibly attentive, looking after both me and our influencers throughout the stay. Whenever we needed anything, they were quick to accommodate and always very friendly and helpful.

" The location was excellent, for walking and for access to public transportation.The 3 bedroom suite had plenty of space for 4 adults. I had one meal in the restaurant, a chicken caeser salad, which was very good. But considering the cost of the stay, I expected the accommodations to be slightly better. There was supposed to be a VIP gift card, but the only perk offered was a free glass of house wine or beer in the bar, so I assume that was it.

"This is a great hotel, close to everything, clean and quiet. I had a room overlooking the side street and it was really quiet. The room was a good size with a lovely bathroom (I loved the Hunter bathroom supplies).The staff on departure were friendly and helpful. Checkin was efficient and hassle free.
