"A good value property and comfortable with all we needed for a short stay. We appreciated the items left for making breakfast and good communication/information from the owner. We found it ideal for visiting Oxford with just a short drive to Park and Ride."

"We really enjoyed our brief stay.Such charming staff. My only question would be,please keep fresh milk in the room fridge,for tea in the morning.
We would like to come back to stay in one of the thank4 bed lodges,overlooking the lake,next time."

"The purple turtle pub outside our room made an incredible racket until all hours of the morning every night.
As we used the location as a hub to drive from, it was very conveniently located, though the on site parking very tricky, given the requirement for a bus lane permit. Unfortunately costing us one fine before getting right.
The hosts were lovely and the rooms well presented."

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented.
My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold.
Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back.
Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"The kitchen had a cigarette smell; perhaps the curtains had not been cleaned or changed. Sheets were clean, but the dishes and general cleanliness were not good. Location was okay. "

"It’s an apartment for short term rent which was not clearly described to me. It’s not a full service hotel. The location is good. The biggest problem is the noise from the street. Very loud car and truck all night long. No sound insulation at all."

"Apartment was in an excellent location for town and had everything needed.
Unfortunately the safe didn’t work and the toilet seat was broken. Having contacted the host on the first evening about these, we heard nothing during the 3 day stay."
