Before you book:
This is a traditional holiday home with character. The kitchen cabinetry is original 1950s style and may require gentle handling. The back bathroom features a shower system with stronger water flow, while the front bathroom is gravity-fed. The shower may continue to drip briefly after use — please do not over-tighten taps.

Perfectly positioned in old town Robe, this simple and comfortable beach house is close to shops and the safe swimming front beach, making it an ideal base for a relaxed seaside getaway.

With everything within easy reach, there’s no need to rely on a car during your stay — simply ride your bike or walk everywhere and enjoy the convenience of this central location.

Set on a large block, the property includes an enclosed backyard area, allowing your four-legged family members to join you on holiday. Please note pets are permitted outside and in the laundry area only.

The home offers a straightforward, easy holiday experience in a fantastic location without the premium price tag — perfect for families looking to enjoy Robe’s coastal lifestyle.

Pet Information:
Guests are responsible for ensuring their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard. While fenced, Robe Holiday Rentals cannot guarantee suitability for all pets.

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
