I brought a 16’ motorboat which enhanced the value by being able to explore Cranberry lake and it’s breathtaking. Rich was so nice to deal with and actually reached out a month in advance ..."

Quiet location
"Mark is very attentive. Made sure everything was ok. Location is very quiet. My granddaughter couldnt get over the quiet. All in all nice peaceful, would definitely stay again."
