"A great place from which to explore Cincinnati. Located near Xavier in a nice middle class neighborhood, this unit is perfect for three adults. The beds were comfortable, and the unit had plenty of floor space in the eating area to store packages (such as purchases made along the bourbon trail). Parking can be done on the street or in the driveway. The owner communicates quickly if a question arises."

"I stayed the week in this riverfront studio apartment. The view of the river and park was fantastic. I loved that the coffee shop was just downstairs and went there every day. It was easy to park and easy to check in. The wifi worked great for my work laptop. I really liked the kitchenette area and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. I felt that every consideration was made and everyone in the town was very friendly."

"The balcony was best place. Pretty view and to people watch. Bathrooms were very small, outdated, and only negative to stay. Plenty of room elsewhere in apartment and kitchens updated. Very clean throughout and beds comfortable. Need to update check in procedures with newly painted access doors colors. Got a little confused but found quickly. Overall a great stay and location."

"We had an awesome time at this property. Our stay was a bucket list item for my 85 years young MIL to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. This property was perfect in every way. Plenty of beds, loved the big dining table (great for family games every night) house was well stocked and a great location. My husband and I are looking forward to booking this property next year when we take our kids and grandkids to the Ark and creation museum. "

Quiet and serene with multiple wildlife meandering through the property, well maintain trails leading to forest and creeks, and a fast sky with plenty of stars.
